Gideon Krotosky

Gideon is genuinely passionate about helping lawyers find the right opportunities to progress their careers and finding the right candidates for his law firm clients.

He has over fifteen years of recruitment experience, initially starting as a graduate consultant at Michael Page Legal in 2006. He joined the Deacon Associates team in 2009 and has played an integral part in growing the business substantially.

His practice focuses on placing associates at all levels, in addition to some partner recruitment. He has successfully placed into most City law firms and has recruited across multiple practice areas. He enjoys providing market intelligence and acting as a career coach for lawyers who are not actively seeking a move but who see the value in building long-term relationships with a trusted advisor.

Interests: Outside of work, Gideon’s focus is his wife Joanne, children Chloe and Noah, and he enjoys anything Welsh, whisky, fantasy football, comedy, most sports, and, in particular his beloved Everton FC.

Surprising fact about Gideon: He is so obsessed with his football team that he will usually be found wearing something with a shade of blue in it!
